By purchasing from us, you are consenting to our terms and conditions as stated below:
(I) Shipping & Delivery
a. Upon approval of payment, please allow 1 working day of preparation for shipping & delivery.
b. Within Metro Manila Shipping:
- 1 Day Delivery via Lalamove/Grab/Mr. Speedy

Domestic Shipping:

c. We are not held responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise that may have incurred during shipment or delivery.
(II) Claims
Any claims should be within 2 days upon delivery or shipping of item/s and must
send a proof of claims taken by a photo and emailed to info@oeldesigns.com
a. We do not accept exchanges and returns unless agreed upon in written with customer and vendor.
b. ALL SALE ITEM/S ARE FINAL. No exchange, no returns, and no refunds.
c. Refunds are not issued except in cases where the defective item/s can no longer be replaced. Please email concern at info@oeldesigns.com
(III) Manual Payment Option:
Once order/s has been placed, customer is allowed 24 hours to deposit to any of the payment options stipulated in our "Manual Payment Options" page. If payment has not been made within the 24 hours, item/s are considered "not sold" and will go back to inventory.
FOR CANCELLATION:
Unfortunately, since we want your order/s to be delivered early as possible,
We don't allow cancellations,
But in special cases where "Delivery Information" or "Delivery Contact Number" needs to be updated or changed please email info@oeldesigns.com.
(IV) PayPal and Credit Card Payments:
Once order/s has been placed and paid via "PayPal" or paid via Credit Card,
cancellation cannot be made.

(V) Product Care For Your "Up-Cycled Leather Accessories"
To enjoy your O'EL Product/s for many years. we recommend the proper care & instructions below:

All Item/s are handmade and when applied with a certain amount of heavy pressure they can easily break.

To maintain luster of your "up-cycled leather O'EL neckpiece or earrings, gently wipe and clean with a car leather cleaner.

In case of contract with dirt or stain: Dab it with a clean rug dipped with a small amount of diluted unscented mild liquid soap and water with "1:10 ratio"( 1 part liquid soap is to 10 parts of liquid) and wipe gently with a dry clean rug. Do not allow to soak.

When item is not in use, please store it in the provided packaging (eg. box or canvass pouch.)

Do not store in direct sunlight and excessively hot areas.

(VII) Product Care For "Veg-Tanned Leather Handbags"

This piece is initially treated with a leather protector. For continuous care please use leather protector spray and leather conditioner (buff it with a clean rug and allow to dry). Keep in mind that conditioning leather usually darkens it slightly (this is normal).

To preserve the handbag when not in use, please store your O'EL item in the provided dust bag with silica gel. Do not store in an excessively hot area.

In case of contact with superficial stain: Option 1.) Dab it with a clean rug dipped with a small amount of diluted unscented mild liquid soap and water with 1:10 ratio( Diluted 1 soap:10 liquid )it should not be sudsy, and allow to air dry. Option 2.) Dab it with a clean rug dipped with a small amount of lime juice (remove the pulp before using) and allow it to air dry.

Do not dry using a heating gun or blow dryer.
